When trying to create a new CNAME record via Add new DNS record, I fill the domain field with "email." (for example), and it fails with the following error:

I've tried different options, but all of them fail.

Hello @j4u58s0, welcome to the KPN Business Community!
Strange error message it is, it looks like the system thinks you're using a prefix with over 63 characters.

Have you tried this format? (see picture)

See the option on top: DNS recordtype - you need to choose a CNAME record, so you can use a hostname instead of IP adres. Does it work when you select CNAME? (currently you have an A record selected)
Weird... but solved now. Thanks.
