Hi,

I am planning to apply for KPN - Internet + TV.

I am not getting enough information from your website with respect to charges. I travel more often, now am in Amsterdam and my stay will be here for 6 months to 2 years which I cannot determine now.

If I apply for a connection with 1 year contract, and If I had to relocate for some reason in 6 months- why stopping the contract is difficult.

i read the conditions with great difficulty to understand. Could someone clarify - how termination works, and how much I will be charged

all I want to know is when I move outside Europe and if I had to cancel the connection, within 12 months contract period.. I don't want to end up paying for the rest of the months.. where I can find this detail online from KPN?

Our contracts for Internet+TV always have a 1 year minimum.
If you want to end your contract before that, you will have to pay a fee, which is about the same as the total sum of the remaining months.

After 1 year, the termination period will be 1 month.

What, if the reason is I am relocating outside the country for official reason, there should be some consideration for people who relocate due to official reasons..

If there is some way I can fix that for you I will. What do you mean exactly with official reasons?
I mean, i am here on official work contract for 2 years from India to Netherlands. But, for any unfortunate reasons, If I had to relocate back from Netherlands to India due to my contract being suspended in six months, then I want to close my internet contract without any hassle.

If I stay for more than year, then it is well and good. What if I had to suspend the contract in six months and I will be no longer in Netherlands.?

In another forum, I have seen - there is consideration and I can close without fee when the reason is immigration outside EU. So, I am here in the KPN forum to confirm it?

I understand your situation. May I ask where your read that? I cannot confirm this for our business contracts.

The best thing I can advise you is to choose an consumercontract instead of a business one. For consumercontracts they can make an exception and cancel your contract if you can prove that you are moving to another country.

This can be done with proof of unsubcribtion from the city.

In the topleft corner you will see ‘Prive’ which means private.

Sorry for the confusion if you meant a consumercontract all along but you posted your question on the KPN Business Forum. So that why it was a little unclear to me.

Sorry.. I have been directed here by someone in another forum.. I am not aware that this is business forum. But, yes, my question is all about consumer contract.
