Dear KPN,
I would like to get some information on how the KPN Things platform handles downtime on the customer end. What happens to the messages if an HTTPS endpoint is unresponsive for 2 hours. Are the messages queued and retried or will the data be lost if our platform is down for 2 hours?

Welcome to the IoT Community! Sorry for the late response. I did some research first and it took a little longer than expected. I can imagine you asking this question. There are several measures we take to prevent data loss if there is downtime at the endpoint. If the messages cannot be delivered, a number of retries are made. However, we cannot guarantee that no data will be lost.
