On Tuesday 11th of February 2020 we released the fifth iteration of the Things Portal. During the aftercare period of this release we detected that not all data coming from LoRa devices was being forwarded to applications. We solved this in the afternoon, meaning applications should only be missing data from 9:45 through 18:00 on that day. You could use the LoRa message history to fetch missed payloads. Any questions you have regarding the platform disturbance can be posted below.
