Where do I find information about the costs of LoRa? I can't find it on the site and nobody seems to reply on the LoRa contact request forms that I sent in.

Goodmorning BruininkP,

I understand you're still not called by a colleague, right?

As I told you 22-06 I tried to reach out to the colleague from the department that should call you. Yesterday afternoon i had a conversation with my colleague. He told me that there is a lag in the requests for LoRa. I would like to apologise for this.

I told my colleague about your interest in LoRa and he assured me that he will give you a call today.
Can you let me know when my colleague called you?

Hi Peter,

do you mean that SIMPoint was unable to help you too?

Thanks,
Paul.
Hi Rick,

I think KPN does not want to sell LoRa anymore. End of life product?

Regards,

Peter

Hi BruininkP,

Your welcome! 😉

I would like to thank you too for the update. I will try to reach out to the department that should contact you about the possibilities and costs.
Hi Rick,

Thank you for the update. @hobo and @rick: no reaction from KPN yet. SIMPoint however has reacted.

Regards, Peter

Hi BruininkP,

Thank you for sending this information!
I am going to discuss this with the department behind these entries to ensure that questions are actually taken care of.
Hi Rick

I have tried to get in contact with KPN via:
* 3 times the contact form attached to: https://www.kpn.com/zakelijk/grootzakelijk/internet-of-things/lora.htm "Neem contact met mij op" button and other pages and buttons that lead to: https://www.kpn.com/zakelijk/grootzakelijk/contact.htm?product=lora&token=9KRLkk7UE-UKfnEpZuJgig&wmstepid=wmstep_1
* iot@kpn.com
* sales@loranode.com, who offer the KPN network
* tel: 088-6601034, which leads to a very friendly tech. guy, who can not help on prices.

Regards, Peter

Hi @BruininkP and @hobo,

Simpoint is our reseller for LoRa solutions. They are using the LoRa Network from KPN, but they have their own support desk.

Of course, it's good to review multiple options to find the best LoRa solution ;)
My colleague will still call you for the possibilities within KPN. Can you let me know when you are called?

BruininkP, can you please let me know to which mailadres you sent the mail? And on what page did you fill in the contact form?

With this information i can give feedback to the department that is responsible for this mailbox and contact form.
Hi Hobo,

Sent them an e-mail just a few minutes ago. I'll keep you updated. :-)

regards, Peter

Hi Peter,

let us know if SIMPoint guys react better/faster, please.

Thanks!
Thanks Hobo.

These costs look a lot better. I was already thinking about forgetting about LoRa all together and reconsider a low cost GSM solution, until I ran into "the Things network". Esp. because KPN besides on this forum has not reacted to any of my e-mails, phone calls or contact form posts in 4 days.

At this moment, the costs of LoRa are not public yet.

Your partners seem to think different.

To give you an idea, for around 35 euro per month, you'll get 100 uplinks and 10 downlinks per day.
