Hi,

When i send a normal or test payload to my node red installation i receive this without any errors. But after a while the Developer portal shows a popup with the following error and increments the 'count unreachable counter':

Server returned HTTP response code -1

Response info:
Error in sending rest post to developer url https://"noderedservername"/lorapost, for device 0059AC00001808D1, payloadhex 000030. Error details: org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException "noderedservername" failed to respond

Anybody knows why?

Hi @Barry Knobel,

Welcome to the business forum!

I noticed that the url is not how it should be. I wonder if you changed the url yourself and put the 'nodeservername' in it? If so, that could be the reason why you get the error.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi @Rashid,

Thanks. I changed the URL in the message a posted by myself, because i don't want to make my URL public.

And i also mentioned that i receive the payload, so the URL is correct.

@Barry Knobel

I see that you received the message 'account unrechable'. It means when you send 10 messages and the messages are not being delivered the Lora device gets deactivated.

You should check in your application server why it's not working.

Rashid,

The message are coming in, without any problems. I know about the limit of 10 messages.
I've followed the node red tutorial, think there's something wrong in it. Do i need to create an HTTP Response Output?

@Barry Knobel,

Good to see that everything works well. That means the connection works fine. I really would like to tell you what you should do and what causes the error. But I don't have a clue. I recommend you look into the application server.

Hi @Barry Knobel,

I have discussed the issue with our LoRa Specialists and we have some questions for you.
The error you get means that the Developer Portal has sent data to the url and has not received an answer. Does the server "understand" what should happen with the received data?

And I am wondering if you have tested with Hookbin before you started with the node red server?
Hi @Rick S.,

I've found it. You have to create a 'HTTP Response' in Node Red. Everything is working fine now!
