Hello Support

Could you debug why two sensors don't connect to KPN LoRa network?

Two sensors have been configured in my account with OTAA parameters: Device EUI and AppKey.
The Geolocation service has been requested as YES.
The destination URL set to https://cloud.vicotee.com/api/mdata/data?apikey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

However, sensors are not registering with the KPN or sensing messages to the destination URL, not sure what's going on.

Thank you
Hector

Hi @Hector Tejero ,

I've checked these devices in your account. One of the devices is 'Activated', but i see no messages. The other device has an 'error' but the counter of this device is 2. That is also weird!

To check how we can fix this i want get help from the LoRa specialists. I'll come back to you when i have an update!!
Hello Support

both sensors are now registered and reporting data.

Thanks
Hector

Hi @Hector Tejero

Thanks for the update!
I see that the devices were sucessfully accepted and registred.

That looks good! The only thing I see is an error that occurred today:

'Traffic exceeds the downlink regulator settings. The downlink frame rate exceeds the connectivity plan policy.'
