Thing Park not forwarding data to my endpoint

Hello,

I am having an issue using the thing park to send data from my lora devices to my endpoint, I have set up as endpoint url the following https://noderedkpn.jelastichosting.nl:1880/api/v1/readingshttps://noderedkpn.jelastichosting.nl:1880/api/v1/readings

When I was using the development portal it was working fine, but now that I have moved to the Thing Park I don't get forwarded data to my endpoint. Could someone tell me why? This is quite frustrating, I have read that maybe it could be due to the port to be used but I haven't found any confirmation of this since all post are older than two years...

Thanks in advance,

regards

Hi @JCL ,

I've discussed this with the specialist of the IoT Servicedesk. They told me that this might indeed be an issue about the used port. The LoRa network only accepts outgoing connections via port 443, so when configuring an Application Server in ThingPark, the default HTTPS port should be used. You can also find this information on page 14 of the Technical Service Description. Below you can find the differences between the LoRa Developer Portal and ThinkPark, it might come in handy for future references.

Hi @JCL ,

Welcome back!
Im sorry to hear that you can't send data to your endpoint successfully.
I have to say that my knowledge about these kind of issues on ThingPark are not my speciality. So I want to discuss this with my colleagues from the IoT servicedesk. Can you please tell me which steps you took to send the data? And what is the DevEUI of the device you used?

Hi @Rick S.

What do you mean as steps to send the data? I have several lora devices that send data out, this data is forwarded ( or it should be) to my url endpoint. The DevEUI's are 5354444B41473038 and 5354444B41473037.

Besides, when i click on the url of your endpoint I get an error. Is this the exact same endpoint you've used with success in the Developer Portal?

yes it is the same endpint that I was using in the Developer Portal and it was set as succes. If you click on my url you should't get anything, that is not an error since my endpoint expects a json payload so no get is supported only post,,,
