Internet Bundle

Hi,

I was in Cuba and I've enabled the 50,- Euros internet bundle.
After Fidel Castro died I wasn't able to continue using it. I only used 40MB of this bundle.

Will the full amount be charged?!

Thanks for your explanation. I can only agree with you there should be a smaller bundle available. I'll bring this message under attention in our organisation. As the information was not clear to you, we need to do a better job in our communication!

Hi Tim,

No problem.
I understand the conditions now. Although I had a hard time finding it in the page.

This was not mentioned in the SMS I got with the description of the bundle.

It's a shame and I think it's not mentioned clearly in the website (nor in the SMS's). It should be valid for 1 month, as it is an overpriced bundle. A smaller bundle should obviously be available if the month is ending soon.

Hi Pedro,

Well, now I feel a little ashamed. I really, really thought we do offer small soda's, as not everyone can handle a big soda. For Cuba, you'll need the "Mobiel Internet World" bundle and it only comes in a 50 euro package.
When you enabled the bundle, did you knew the price is 50 euro and it would only remain active until the end of the month (30-11)? More about the bundle can be found on the KPN website.

Hi Tim,

Thank you for your answer but I've returned from Cuba already, therefore this post.

The fact of the matter is, I didn't have the option to get the "small" soda. The bundle was automatically charged so I don't see where I can choose for the "small" soda.
Since I wasn't able to use the whole bundle, although i was "thirsty" for it, I shouldn't be paying the full bundle as I was simply denied access to it.

Hello Pedro,

I'm sorry you were not able to use the whole bundle. It's not possible to get some of the amount back. The bundle is only active within the month you ordered it.
It's like when you need to choose between a large soda and a small soda. If you're not so thirsty, it's maybe better to start with the small soda. Afterwards, you cannot return half a soda for a partial refund.
