i had a subscription with my employer and I want to keep my number and port it to a different provider. But the request got rejected with message that the client number and phone number is not matching. When I called KPN they are not able to find any information. I am kind of stuck. Could anyone please help!?

I can imagine that you want to keep your number. I am happy to help you and check the client number. Can you please fill in your number in your forum profile? And what is the company name of your employer? And why do you want to port the number to another provider and not take out a private subscription with KPN?
Thanks Rick for the response. My number is 0616918678. My employer name is Abn Amro. I want to port to a different provider as I want to have a good international bundle.
ABN AMRO has a corporate account and we don't have access to these accounts. So i can't check the correct client number. But if a number is ported from a corporate account, this number must first be released. You will normally also receive a confirmation of this and this confirmation also contains the customer number that must be used for porting.

Unfortunately, I can't release this number for porting because i have no access to corporate accounts. I advise you to the IT manager at ABN AMRO. This person can release this number for porting or had the contact person at KPN to arrange this. I am sorry i can't help you with this.
