Join issues(OTAA) with second device

Hi,

A few days ago I started experimenting with KPN LoRa. I started with an Elsys ERS Sensor. That was pretty straight forward and the OTAA join request was established quickly. See DevEUI: A81758FFFE0304E6

Yesterday I wanted to try out an Adeunis Temperature Sensor and I have configured the AppEUI 0059AC0000010120 inside the device. The device itself has a DevEUI of 0018B22000000A7C. And after that I have linked the device on the KPN Dev Portal. I have read somewhere that KPN is linking OTAA devices manually on a daily basis. So I was expecting this device today to sent Uplink messages but still it is not working. I am a bit lost now.. Can someone give me some tips?

When I perform a Test for downlink messages I get the following response:

Error in sending downlink message for device 0018B22000000A7C, payloadhex 000000. Error details: restservices.consume.RestConsumeException 351. Rest request failed: [HTTP Request: POST '?' --> Response status: 351 null, ETag: null, body: 'Invalid DevEUI']

BTW if someone from KPN reads this message, can you please delete the following devices from my portal:
1. DevEUI: 0059AC00001801E8
2. DevEUI: 0059AC000018095B
4. DevEUI: 0059AC0000151927

Hi @adis, I was away on vacation for a few days, there may have been miscommunication on who was to monitor this topic while I was absent.

Very sorry about this!

I just removed your device. Can I help you with any other questions?

Hello @adis,

Nice to see you're testing with LoRa now! 😃

I just removed these 3 devices for you.

I'm not sure why 0018B22000000A7C doesn't work, I see you're using the same application server as with A81758FFFE0304E6. The device with 0018B22000000A7C currently shows an error and got blocked, I'm not sure why. I just re-activated the device, could you try again?

Strange. Again not working and when I test the downlink I get the same error message as mentioned in my first post. Blocked again?

Hi @Tim,

I did not knew you were on holiday. Hope you had a good time. I eagerly wanted to proceed my PoC (Proof Of Concept) and therefore bumped this thread several times during your holiday. Sorry for that.

Now my 2 devices work correctly, thank you.

Last request: remove device with ID from my account: 0059AC000018111B

Thanks for your help!
