My prepaid SIM card doesn't work. I want a refund.

I bought a SIM card at the Amsterdam airport. I’ve called customer service over 20+ times and they say they will find a solution, but they hang up the phone after only a few minutes. I bought the prepaid sim card with unlimited data only (100 GB) and I haven’t even used 1 GB. It worked for a few hours and then it suddenly stopped working. I am in Germany now and I can’t even go to a KPN store. My roaming has always been on, I know I can’t make calls and I haven’t, and I even reset the APN. I have received no help and I’ve been stranded in the middle of nowhere with no internet service. I paid 65 Euros for this card and it’s useless. I want a refund, now!

Hi @Kiya Boyd welcome to the KPN Business Forum.

What kind of Prepaid did you get exactly? The most expansive PrePaid we have is 22,- for 5GB. But you’re talking about 65,- for 100GB. That’s not something we offer. Are your sure it’s a KPN PrePaid card?

It’s a card that says KPN and it’s from the netherlands airport. It’s a prepaid sim card with 100 GB unlimited data all around Europe.

You can ignore my last question. I already checked if there's something I can do.  But it's not at all possible for me to refund the purchase price of a Prepaid card. I find it very unfortunate this has happened and hope it will start working again soon so you can use it.
