I cannot make any international calls at the moment. I have a prepaid sim card and booked a prepaid package to make calls and use Internet.
When I try to make a call I keep receiving the message that I cannot make any calls currently and should recharge my credit. But I have a package and have 60 free minutes.
I tried everything, rebooting the phone, cleaning the sim card, adjusting the APN. Nothing worked.

I'd like to take a look at our side to see if international calls are blocked. Could you please send me your full name, 06-number and birthday for verification? You can send it to me by private massage.
All settings are fine at our side. The only explanation I can think of is what is stated on the consumer forum here. You can not make international calls with the provider free minutes. Only with credit you've purchased yourself.
I don't quite understand. It states that all prepaid bundels can be used throughout the EU then it should say only in NL.
I am using my phone for work and need to make international calls often, therefore I booked the bundle but now it seems not useful at all.
Which bundle did you book? Because you mentioned 60 free minutes in your initial post. Did you top up any credit on this prepaid sim card, or just the credit that comes with the sim card when you just bought it?
I booked the alles in 1 instap bundel. Please see below, I top up my credit to book it. I am using this sim card since 2017, I didn't just buy it.
To which country are you trying to call?
I am calling mainly to Germany. I do need to make calls to mobile phone numbers as well as Landline numbers.
So with the bundel you can not call to any country outside of The Netherlands. Only with charged credit you can do international calls. You can find this also on this page if you scroll to the FAQ (first question).
"Note: calling from the Netherlands to a non-Dutch telephone number is not included in your prepaid bundle.”
