KPN Sim requested on Monday, not yet activated...

Hi,

 

I have gone to the store on Monday to get a new, monthly terminable zakelijk Onbeperkt SIM card.

To this day, it has still not been activated. I do not know the phone number of the SIM, either.

Please can you advise as to why it has not been activated and when it might be activated?

I would like to go back to the store once it is activated to do the number porting.
You can find my client number in my profile.

As I am switching also to KPN Zakelijk Glaszevel, I would like a reliable backup internet in case something goes less than ideal with the switch.

 

Please help.

Good morning and welcome to the forum.

When you get a new simcard in the store, it should already be activated for you, with a default pin of: 0000

What happens when you place the simcard in your phone?

 

I also see an order for a new KPN Kleinzakelijk Glasvezel, this subscription will be ready for use on August 17th.

Please note that we have send you all information regarding your new subscription by e-mail.

@Mark L. SIM is not provisioned.

@Mark L. please check the order of the SIM, not the glaszevel!

I called again and again I get “you will get a call from the department soon”.

I have created an incident to resolve this issue. As soon as I get more info, I will update you.

No real updates to share for now, the order seems to be stuck in the ordering system. Hopefully, a fix will follow soon. Please note that we're not active on the forum during the weekends. The next update will be on Monday.

 

Hi @Mark L. thank you for looking into this, how interesting, I just called like 3 minutes ago and your colleague on the hotline told me it’s activated and I will get an email between now and half an hour… 🤷🤷🤷
