Hi,
I have gone to the store on Monday to get a new, monthly terminable zakelijk Onbeperkt SIM card.
To this day, it has still not been activated. I do not know the phone number of the SIM, either.
Please can you advise as to why it has not been activated and when it might be activated?
I would like to go back to the store once it is activated to do the number porting.

As I am switching also to KPN Zakelijk Glaszevel, I would like a reliable backup internet in case something goes less than ideal with the switch.
