Despite being a woman, I keep being greeted by emails addressing a certain “meneer”. Can women not have a Zakelijk abbonement?
Please, fix this for me! The customer support has been unhelpful saying they fixed it and then changing nothing.
It is correct in Mijn KPN online, set to Mevrouw. But I keep getting emails addressed to Heer / Meneer.
My client numbers (Zakelijk GLAS & Mobiel) and last 4 digits of IBAN are in my private field for your verification in addition to having brought my ID to the store for getting these services….
