Our website is not working for more than 1 week.. We miss lots of customer requrests and I had several calls with KPN but the issue is not resolved.
I have to say that I am very DISAPPOINTED with the technical support of KPN. This is the second problem we had with AWFUL technical support..

Thank you for the domain! I checked out the situation, and the first thing I noticed was that the directory was referring to the wwwroot folder. This folder was empy, apart from the standard KPN page.
What appears to be your website seems to be saved in a folder named 'backup'. I copied the website to the wwwroot directory,
The second problem is the domain not being able to sync. I created a ticket for the our Cloud Portal supplier. They will be able to fix this for you.
I'm so sorry the going has been this tough so far, I trust we can handle the problem smoothly from now on. Ofcourse I will provide you with updates.:)
